BEFORE
CLASS
FIRST - TIME CLIENTS
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class so we can introduce you to the Megaformer, review safety guidelines, and answer any questions before class begins.
ARRIVAL
Classes begin promptly. Late entry is not permitted once class has started.
GRIP SOCKS
Grip socks are required for every class for your safety and to protect our equipment. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
BOOKING
POLICIES
CANCELATION POLICY
Please cancel your reservation before your membership or package cancellation window to avoid fees.
LATE-CANCELLATION
Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeited class credit based on your membership or package.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you reserve a spot and do not attend without cancelling, a $20.00 no-show fee and loss of credit will apply.
WAITLIST
If a spot becomes available, you’ll automatically be added to class and notified. Once added, our cancellation policy applies.
CLASSPASS
All ClassPass bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes must be completed directly through the ClassPass app.
IN THE
STUDIO
PHONES
Please silence your phone before class begins. Phones should remain off the Megaformer and out of use during class.
INJURIES
Please inform your instructor before class if you have any injuries, physical limitations, or recent surgery.
PREGNANCY
Please inform your instructor if you are pregnant or postpartum so we can provide appropriate modifications whenever possible.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Participants must be at least 16 years old. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the required waiver before class.
PARKING
Complimentary parking is available directly in front of the studio.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please keep personal belongings in the designated storage areas during class. Rare Lagree is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
REFUNDS
All class packs, memberships, workshops, retail purchases, and promotional offers are final sale and non-refundable.
LOST ITEMS
Please contact the studio if you believe you left something behind. Unclaimed items will be held for 7 days then donated.
