Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@rarelagree.com at least thirty (30) days before the next scheduled billing or renewal date. Rare Essentials, Rare Signature, Rare Lifestyle, and Rare Unlimited memberships remain active through the end of the current paid billing cycle. Rare Flex 10 will remain active until either: all ten (10) classes have been used; or the current six (6) month activation period has ended, whichever occurs first. No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for payments already processed. Rare Lagree will provide written confirmation upon receipt of the cancellation request. If confirmation is not received within three (3) business days, it is the client's responsibility to follow up. Rare Essentials Membership Members enrolled in the Rare Essentials Membership (4 Classes per Membership Billing Cycle) must cancel their reserved class at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Late Cancellations will incur a $15.00 Late Cancellation Fee and the reserved class credit will be forfeited. No Shows will incur a $20.00 No Show Fee and the reserved class credit will be forfeited. Rare Signature Membership Members enrolled in the Rare Signature Membership (8 Classes per Membership Billing Cycle) may cancel their reserved class up to six (6) hours prior to the scheduled class start time. While the membership remains active, Rare Signature Members receive: • Six (6) hour cancellation window. • One (1) waived Late Cancellation Fee per membership billing cycle. • One (1) complimentary Friend Pass per membership billing cycle. • Priority Booking. • Access to Rare Rewards preferred partner discounts. After the complimentary waived Late Cancellation Fee has been used during the applicable membership billing cycle, additional Late Cancellations will incur the standard $15.00 Late Cancellation Fee. Late Cancellations will also result in the forfeiture of the reserved class credit. No Shows will incur a $20.00 No Show Fee and the reserved class credit will be forfeited. Rare Lifestyle Membership Members enrolled in the Rare Lifestyle Membership (12 Classes per Membership Billing Cycle) may cancel their reserved class up to six (6) hours before the scheduled class start time. While the membership remains active, Lifestyle Members receive: Six (6) hour cancellation window One (1) waived Late Cancellation Fee per membership billing cycle One (1) complimentary Friend Pass per membership billing cycle Priority Booking Access to Rare Rewards preferred partner discounts After the complimentary waived Late Cancellation Fee has been used during the applicable membership billing cycle, additional Late Cancellations will incur the standard $15.00 Late Cancellation Fee. No Shows will incur a $20 No Show Fee and the reserved class credit will be forfeited. Rare Unlimited Membership Members enrolled in the Rare Unlimited Membership may cancel their reserved class up to six (6) hours prior to the scheduled class start time. While the membership remains active, Rare Unlimited Members receive: • Unlimited classes (up to one class per day) • Six (6) hour cancellation window • One (1) waived No Show Fee per membership billing cycle • One (1) complimentary Friend Pass per membership billing cycle • Priority Booking • Access to Rare Rewards preferred partner discounts Late Cancellations will incur the standard $15.00 Late Cancellation Fee. Late Cancellations will also result in the loss of the reserved class reservation. After the complimentary waived Late Cancellation Fee has been used during the applicable membership billing cycle, additional Late Cancellations will incur the standard $15.00 Late Cancellation Fee. Because Rare Unlimited includes unlimited classes, no class credit will be deducted following a Late Cancellation or No Show; however, the reserved class space is forfeited. Rare Unlimited Pass Clients who purchase the Rare Unlimited Pass may reserve unlimited classes during the active thirty (30) day pass period. The Rare Unlimited Pass is not a membership and does not include membership benefits, including: Priority Booking Friend Passes Rare Rewards preferred partner discounts Waived Late Cancellation Fees Waived No Show Fees Clients are subject to the standard studio cancellation policy. Late Cancellations must be made at least twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class. Late Cancellations will incur a $15.00 Late Cancellation Fee. No Shows will incur a $20.00 No Show Fee. Because the Rare Unlimited Pass provides unlimited access during the active pass period, no class credit will be deducted following a Late Cancellation or No Show; however, the reserved class space will be forfeited. Rare Flex Recurring Class Package Rare Flex is a recurring class package that includes ten (10) classes per renewal cycle. The package automatically renews upon the earlier of: Completion of all ten (10) classes; or Six (6) months after activation, unless cancelled with at least thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the next renewal. Clients enrolled in Rare Flex are subject to the standard studio cancellation policy, including: 12-hour cancellation window $15 Late Cancellation Fee $20 No Show Fee Late Cancellations and No Shows will result in forfeiture of the reserved class credit. Rare Flex is not a membership and does not include membership benefits, including Priority Booking, Friend Passes, Rare Rewards, or waived Late Cancellation or No Show Fees. Membership Freeze Policy Members may request one (1) complimentary fourteen (14) day membership freeze per calendar year. Additional freezes may be approved at the sole discretion of Rare Lagree and are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee for each additional fourteen (14) day freeze. Freeze requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the requested freeze date. Memberships may not be frozen retroactively.
